Nexans Kabelmetal holds maiden Customer Day Celebration

Nexans Kabelmetal on Monday 19th October 2020 held its maiden Customer Day celebration at the Company Premises in Tema, Ghana. The Day afforded management and entire workforce of Nexans Kabelmetal the opportunity to interact with key customers.
The customers, highlighted key success stories as well as some concerns in their business relationship with Nexans Kabelmetal Ghana.

The day’s celebration had in attendance 2 key Distributors of Nexans Kabelmetal; Sarfo Acres of Diamond Electricals, Kumasi and Zion Electricals, Ashaiman (Tema).
Giving their submissions, the two distributors commended Nexans Kabelmetal for the consistency showed in producing High Quality Cables. Further, the customers reaffirmed Nexans’ position as the most recommended cable company on the market and urged the company to improve upon its product availability on the market at all times.

In his address, the CEO of Nexans Kabelmetal, Dr. Eric Waldner assured the Distributors of management’s commitment to address all their concerns and to continuously improve.

After the durbar, the two distributors went on a factory tour with the CEO to familiarize themselves and to better understand the cable manufacturing processes.
