Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd Cashback Promotion, 2025 Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd Cashback Promotion (“Promotion”). By taking part in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility

1.1. All purchases made through an approved Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd distributor and retailer  are eligible for participation in the Promotion.

1.2. Customers and potential customers of the Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd brand are eligible.

1.3. Distributors and retailers of Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd products are not eligible to partake in the Promotion.

2. Entry Process

2.1. A distributor or retailer must send a copy of the customer’s invoice to the designated Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd Official WhatsApp number for entry into the application and for approval.

2.2 A customer can equally send a copy of their approved invoice to the designated Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd Official WhatsApp number for entry into the application and for approval

2.2. Only invoices issued by Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd authorized distributors or retailers will be accepted.

2.3 Purchases of Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd products only are permitted in the promotion.

3. Verification and Approval

3.1. All purchases with invoice values up to GHS49,999 will be approved once verification processes are completed.

3.2. Purchases with invoice values of GHS50,000 and above will require a Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd supervisor to confirm by calling the customer and/or distributor.

3.3. Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd reserves the right to request additional verification documents as deemed necessary.

4. Cashback Value

4.1. Each eligible customer will receive cashback equal to 1% of the actual purchase amount, excluding VAT.

4.2. Cashback will only be calculated on the verified purchase amount.

4.3 Cashback reward is Mobile Money (MoMo) only.

5. Redemption Rules

5.1. Any redemption found to be falsified, fraudulent, or misrepresented will be rejected.

5.2. Redemptions made outside the official promotion period will not be honoured and will be considered invalid.

5.3. Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd decision on all redemptions shall be final and binding.

5.4 Promo period is valid from September 22nd, 2025 to 22nd November, 2025.

6. Payment and Disbursement

6.1. Cashback disbursement will take up to twenty-four (24) hours once all verifications are completed, provided there are no issues.

6.2. Payments will be made directly to the customer’s designated account or wallet, subject to standard transaction processes.

7. Customer Support

7.1. All inquiries regarding the Promotion must be channelled through the distributor or retailer where the purchase was made.

7.2. Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd reserves the right to provide direct support where necessary.

8. Data Protection

8.1. All personal data collected during this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Laws of Ghana.

8.2. Customer information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

9. General Conditions

9.1. Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Nexans Kabelmetal (Ghana) Ltd shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by network issues, third-party service providers, or other circumstances beyond its control.

9.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

10.2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
